Important: the 2 Beach Cruisers are not available at this time. Once their refitting has been completed they will be back in service. Call and check to see if they will be available for your desired date.

RESERVATION POLICY

– Renter must be versed in boat operations and vessel navigation.
– Renter must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent a boat. If you are born 1988 thru current year, you MUST possess a valid Florida Boater Safety I.D. card issued by FWC, or temporary certificate issued by an authorized vendor.
– If you have not taken the safety course (for 33 yoa and under), you can take it here: https://courses.boatus.org/course/id/BTUS100S

Navigation:

– Boats may only be driven by the designated driver on the contract. If there will be more than one driver, then both must sign the contract. Remember: boating experience is a must!
– Boats will be cruised at 3/4 throttle, not full throttle. This is better for the engine as well as uses less gas.
– NO DRINKING AND DRIVING WHILE OPERATING ANY OF OUR BOATS! By law, if you are caught, you can be charged with BUI (Boating Under the Influence), and it can go on your driving record.
– No skiing, tubing or towing of persons in the water with any of our boats.
– NO BOW RIDING AT ANY TIME! By law, all passengers must remain inside the railings while boat is in motion.
– Obey all No Wake Zones at all times. The designated No Wake Zone is from our dock to just past Mar Marine and Before Anclote Park to the Power Plant, as well as 200 feet away from any anchored vessel or island beach.
– Stay between channel markers at all times while in a marked channel. Remember: RED, RIGHT, RETURN! If a larger vessel approaches you in the channel, be aware that their wake could flood your boat. Make sure you slow down.
– Stay away from Styrofoam balls or other buoys – these are crab traps that can rip up your propeller. Also, do not try and retrieve them since it is a $5000 fine by the state of Florida.
– Boat operator is responsible for the boat, motor, equipment, and passengers. Any damage that is done to the boat while in your possession, will be settled upon your return to the dock.
– Do not beach the boat! Boats must be anchored in waist deep water and it is the renters responsability to watch the boat at all times. If you beach the boat and need to be rescued, you will be charged $500 for the rescue fee. PAY ATTENTION TO THE TIDES!
If you are late returning the boat, there is a $300.00/hour (or any part thereof) fee which will commence at the specified time of return.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend renting a boat from Belle Harbor Marina! We had 4 adults and gear and there was more than enough room. The boat was clean, modern, a brand new motor and  had very comfortable seating.  The sunshade provided great coverage if you have riders who don't want too much sun.  We will be back!

The boat was center console, comfortable, spacious, new upholstery, and we had an absolute great time going to Anclote Island and the sandbar. The boat looked new and if you haven’t looked at Belle Harbour for a while as they used to have older, rundown boats, you’ll want to take another look here as there is a new management running it and the boats are WAY better than what was here in the past.

Mike was absolutely great to work with. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating to our group. Having rented from the old ownership years ago, the change is night and day. You can easily tell that management has made massive improvements to the operations, customer service, and overall experience. Best Customer Service and Junior specifically helped my family with ease to get their boat on the water, fueled, washed and even put on my parents cover. This was the best decision my family made was to transition to this marina. Highly Recommended!  The property has made serious strides and is definitely top notch.

RENTAL BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGES

Renter acknowledges that Company’s ability to provide the Watercraft and the Equipment is contingent upon and subject to the return of the Watercraft and the Equipment returned is in good and safe condition by the previous Renter, and able to be rented to the next Renter. Renter acknowledges that weather conditions may affect the ability of Company being able to rent Vessel and Equipment under safe conditions. Consequently, in the event Renter cancels, (before 48hrs) entire reservation payment shall be refunded within 14 Days. When Renter cancels(within 48hrs) a charge of $100.00 will be withheld from the original amount of payment and remainder of payment will be refunded within 14 Days. When Renter cancels or is a NO SHOW the day of the rental the entire amount of payment will be withheld and is NO REFUNDABLE Company reserves the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather or any other cause, which includes, but is not limited to, strong winds, heavy rain and/or storms. Company will refund reservations due to inclement weather within 14 days from canceled reservation due to inclement weather. All Prices are PLUS FUEL
